attention and support for each client, with a ratio of participants
to facilitator of 5 to 1. This enables us to identify each individual’s
needs and requirements allowing them to achieve their highest
potential.
One of the key factors as to why Ocean Blue Leaders provide a unique
environment for effecting transformational change, is that from the very beginning of
each course the facilitators are able to easily identify each participant’s strengths and weaknesses.
Through the process of trying out different roles and working in groups
