Allowing 2-3 days after the course
for integration, Ocean Blue Leaders will conduct a thorough debrief in your workplace to identify:
- what has changed
- how these changes have impacted on the whole team
- ensure transformational learnings and information gained
on the day are carried through into the workplace
- identify opportunities for empowered growth for individuals and the entire organization
- plan for further action and activities as required
