We shape your program to match the size of your team and to fit within

Your team need not have any previous sailing experience. Before setting
sail, all participants take part in our safety briefing and are then
assigned and familiarized with their first roles on the vessel. The
Ocean Blue Leaders facilitators are fully trained and experienced to
guide and encourage your team as they experience each role.
