Ocean Blue Smoked Trout Dip


100g Ocean Blue Smoked Trout (or Ocean Blue Salmon)
125g cream cheese
¼ cup sour cream
1 tbs mayonnaise
1 tbs dill, roughly chopped
1 tsp lemon zest
1 tbs lemon juice
Pinch of salt
A few sprigs of thyme


Place all ingredients in a food processor and blitz until smooth – scrape sides as required.

Adjust lemon and salt to taste and blitz again for 2-3 seconds.

Transfer into a bowl, garnish with a sprig of thyme and some black pepper. Serve at room temperature with your favourite crackers or thin slices of toasted baguette.
